	Registered Customers
	These customers can browse products catalogue after successful logged into the system. These customers can: Browse product details such as Name, Description, Price, discounted price etc. Customers can buy items using using our cart. The website has Geotech SSL security implemented. 	Non Registered
	This catalogue does not need customer registration, customer can just click on button "PRODUCTS CATALOGUE " from top of the home page. The products displays image, name, description and category. To register you will need to have user name, password and email address.
	Privacy
	Customer details are kept strictly confidential. We will not use your email without your consent. By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have been given permission to use it. If we believe an order is fraudulent, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities.
	Cancellations
	Customers can cancel orders by giving us sufficient prior notice. An amount of a $5 administration fee will be charged. Unfortunately no refund can be made after the items have been dispatched. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order.

	The Supply Company management committed to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only.
	Deliveries
	In the unfortunate event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery must be advised within 7 days. We deliver to most capital cities and regional towns areas every day except Sunday or Australian and NZ public holidays. Orders received after the cut-off time will be sent the next working day.
